Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) software automatically tracks every moving part. All the data gathered is time stamped and stored into a database that allows for predictive failure algorithms to be executed, searching for any potential issues. If a component issue is identified, either by the software or a monitoring team member, a service request is generated and sent to the maintenance team. This continuous monitoring of the system’s components and the early notification allows for proactive repair ensuring continuous use and unmatched performance.
The beach community of Marina del Rey is the home of INclave, a mixed-use development featuring a subterranean AUTOParkit system with 282 stalls. The AUTOParkit system services both tenants and the public and has two forms of activation.
Tenants parking is essentially “Valet parking without a Valet” as it is completely touchless as its activated by a vehicle RFID tag. Public users activate the system via a traditional ticket dispenser. Upon payment, the system automatically initiates the retrieval sequence for the public. The AUTOParkit APP now can make parking of all types completely touchless.
The system is extremely efficient with its ground-level load bays and turntable equipped lifts. Each day hundreds park in seconds and enjoy an average retrieval time between 40 and 120 seconds.
