Established over a decade ago Dasher Lawless created a Remote Operations Center (ROC) to monitor and support each AUTOParkit, AUTODockit, AUTOStorit, AUTOChargit, and PARKSentry along with 3rd Party Installations using automation. The ROC is operated by GarageFloor24 factory-trained technicians and service personnel that provide a 24-7 call center. This approach allows users, property managers, and maintenance staff to speak directly to a live individual to quickly resolve issues.

We continue to strengthen our processes by defining additional metrics that we can track by extracting more actionable data from each system using our custom SCADA software that provides indicators that help us improve operations. GarageFloor24’s ROC is located in Warren, OH logically connected to each site via the Internet which was recently upgraded via a direct fiber link. Dasher Lawless also offers a redundant Internet option for each site.
